We're Gen & Tati, two gals with a shared passion for food and hospitality. After 5+ years of experience in other industries, we decided to pursue our passion together!
Tatiana (Tati) after graduating from Wharton, started her career as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs, ultimately spending 5 years in various finance roles in New York. In 2024, she decided to pursue her passion for food and hospitality. She went to pastry school in France, worked on various dairy farms and vineyards across Europe, and worked at a world-renowned bakery in New York, Dominique Ansel.
